Because of the healthy nutrition of these species, the consumption of whale and dolphin meats provides loads of good oils (omega), minerals and iron. We only fish organically fed animals, so there is no BSE (the mad cow disease, affecting fish and livestock farms) risk involved. Think of the typical packaged frozen white fish you get at the supermarket. They are all fed with with compound food made of fish waste, just disgusting. Our dolphins, whales and sea lions hunt their food in the wilderness, that is why they are so tasty!
